- Refund: No refunds for current month once services are activated

- Cancellation: Can be cancelled with 30 days notice
- Refund: No refunds for current month once services are activated
4. Technical Issues
4.1 Platform Downtime
- Service credits for documented downtime exceeding 4 hours
- Credits applied to next billing cycle
- Must report within 48 hours of issue
4.2 Algorithm Malfunction
- Case-by-case review of losses due to technical errors
- Compensation limited to subscription fees paid
- Requires proof of technical malfunction
