  • Refund: No refunds for current month once services are activated

2.2 Annual Plans

  • Cancellation: Can be cancelled with 30 days notice
  • Refund: No refunds for current month once services are activated

4. Technical Issues

4.1 Platform Downtime

  • Service credits for documented downtime exceeding 4 hours
  • Credits applied to next billing cycle
  • Must report within 48 hours of issue

4.2 Algorithm Malfunction

  • Case-by-case review of losses due to technical errors
  • Compensation limited to subscription fees paid
  • Requires proof of technical malfunction
