By accessing and using Vardhaan Capital’s algorithmic trading platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Vardhaan Capital provides automated algorithmic trading services for Indian equity markets including Nifty, BankNifty, and Sensex. Our platform executes trades based on pre-programmed algorithms and market analysis.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be a resident of India
• Must have a valid PAN card and completed KYC
• Must have a trading account with authorized brokers

3.2 Account Registration

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access

4. Investment Risks and Disclaimers

4.1 Market Risks

• Trading involves substantial risk of loss
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Market volatility can result in significant losses
• Algorithmic trading may not perform as expected

4.2 No Investment Advice

• Our services are execution-only
• We do not provide personalized investment advice

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Service Fees

• Monthly subscription fees as per chosen plan
• Performance-based fees on profitable trades
• Payment processing fees charged by Razorpay

5.2 Payment Terms

• Fees are non-refundable once services are rendered
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• All payments processed securely through Razorpay

6. Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or damage the system
• Share login credentials with third parties
• Interfere with other users’ access to the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, algorithms, and technology remain our intellectual property. Users receive limited license to use the platform for personal trading only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vardhaan Capital’s liability is limited to the fees paid by you. We are not liable for:

• Trading losses or missed profits
• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Market volatility or external factors
• Third-party service failures

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will cease
• Outstanding trades will be completed
• No refunds will be provided for unused services

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
